AAC 2019 ticket availability is on a first-come, first-served basis to those who pay the applicable Independent Consultant, Independent Consultant partnership and/or guest conference fee.
All attendees must be over 18 years old.
No discounts are available for partial conference attendance.
Registration fees must be paid in full to be granted entry to the event.
You must hold a Vice President maintenance title and be fully registered for AAC 2019 to attend any of the Vice President events.
All registered AAC 2019 attendees must RSVP in their registration to attend The Glitz & Glamour Party to be granted access on the night.
The Independent Consultant conference fee is non-transferable — no exceptions.
Government-certified photo ID is required to pick up registration materials.
Independent Consultants can only register or pick up registration materials for themselves and their guest.
Registrations will close on Friday 2 August 2019, provided tickets are not sold out prior.
AAC 2019 Pre Sale: $315 per person on a 12-month payment plan (3 Payments of $27, 9 Payments of $26). Exclusively available to AAC 2018 attendees only, who registered by 31 August 2018. This offer is non‑refundable.
AAC 2019 Early Bird Sale: $365 per person on a 12-month payment plan. (5 payments of $31, 7 payments of $30). Open to all who registered by 31 August 2018. This offer is non‑refundable.
AAC 2019 New Consultant Offer: $365 per person. Available from 2 April 2019 for any IC who joins after 1 September 2018.
AAC 2019 Full Price Tickets: $415 per person.
Cancellations of Pre Sale or Early Bird Tickets are non-refundable and non‑transferrable.
Full price ticket cancellations made by Monday 22 July will receive an 80% refund of monies paid which will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of registration.
Any cancellations from 23 July 2019 or no shows at the event will forfeit 100% of their fees paid.
In the event of sickness or a death in the family, you may apply for a cancellation exception request by contacting Customer Service and supplying the relevant documentation for consideration by the Arbonne management team.
No cancellation exception requests will be reviewed or processed after 31st August 2019 — no exceptions.
Independent Consultants or guests who have registered for AAC 2019 and do not attend will have their registration cancelled and the conference fee forfeited. They will also forfeit training materials, gifting, and any other items distributed by Arbonne at the conference.
Should a credit card payment fail while on a payment plan, you will receive notification to finalise your payment. Final payments must be made within 5 working days of this notification in order to finalise your registration.
